I love all things natural, and simple, a smattering of new, but with a touch of the patina of age. I work to design interiors that are instantly comfortable, interesting, and offer the unexpected.  I like a little imperfection - the dings or missing detail in a handmade piece of furniture, as it is important for homes to tell the story of our lives. I love learning about my clients and figuring out what makes them feel at home, what makes them smile, and figuring out what they need home to be.

Dave has an intimate understanding of materials, how they work together and how to get them to do unexpected things. He sees raw material in ways people normally do not think of, and brings an artistic yet functional element to the interiors we create. Secret doors and cabinets, hidden lighting, and old-made-new are but a small specialty of his. He can figure out how to build just about anything we dream up.

The Amazing Mary

The Amazing Mary

Mary's love for design started early, while helping her father renovate houses in her hometown of Greenville, South Carolina. She has a knack for finding creative solutions and is inspired by textures. She believes intentionally-designed environments have a positive impact on the individuals who experience them.

When not designing, Mary is creating art: blending her talents with pottery and weaving with natural materials to create wall hangings, decorative blocks and jewelry, you can find her at the Chattanooga Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Zoe's job is to look cute.

Zoe's job is to look cute.

You would barely know it if you follow us on social media (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) but Zoe actually has two older siblings, Stu and Cookie (they sleep a lot). But it is Zoe who "helps" with our projects, here by letting us know that choosing carpet for a commercial project isn't as important to her as say, dinner.
